In tijden van grote verschuivingen is het normaal dat er veel vragen op je afkomen. Wat betekent dit voor mijn rol? Hoe ga ik om met de onrust? In deze workshop bieden we een veilige plek om deze vragen te verkennen. We kijken niet alleen naar wat er gebeurt in de organisatie, maar vooral naar wat er bij jou gebeurt.
Het doel van de sessie is om handvatten te krijgen waarmee je de regie over je eigen situatie kunt vergroten.
Tijdens de workshop maken we gebruik van praktische inzichten en methodieken die je helpen om met meer vertrouwen naar de toekomst te kijken:

The reorganization within Tata Steel is bringing a period of uncertainty for many colleagues. Change is often not easy. Especially now, it is important to reflect on what this means for you personally and how you can find your own way through it. As part of the Social Plan and the “Work-to-Work” support program, we are organizing the workshop “Dealing with Change”.
Regain control of the situation
During times of major change, it is normal to face many questions. What does this mean for my role? How do I deal with uncertainty and unrest? In this workshop, we offer a safe environment to explore these questions. We will not only look at what is happening within the organization, but more importantly at what is happening for you personally. The goal of this session is to provide practical tools and insights that help you regain a sense of control over your own situation.
What will we do?
During the workshop, we will use practical insights and methodologies to help you look toward the future with greater confidence:
· Understanding the change curve: We will discuss the different phases of the Kübler-Ross change curve. Recognizing emotions such as disbelief, frustration, or acceptance can help put the situation into perspective.
· Focus on influence: We will explore the “Circle of Influence.” Where are you losing energy on things you cannot change, and where can you actually make a positive difference for yourself?
· Resilience and continuity: How do you stay mentally fit and proactive? We will discuss what you need to remain balanced, both at work and at home.
· Reflecting on next steps: We will conclude by focusing on your personal situation. What do you concretely need right now — from yourself, your manager, or your environment — to take the next step?

This workshop is intended for any employee looking for more guidance and insight during this reorganization process. Whether you already know exactly what you want or are still dealing with uncertainty: you are very welcome. The workshop will be facilitated by the external organization Randstad RiseSmart and will take place at Tata Steel IJmuiden.
