As an application consultant, you will:

• Support the application lifecycle: manage updates, releases, and integration changes to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: work with Value Stream Architects, Functional Administrators, and developers to improve system usage and future functionalities.
• Translate business requirements: gather and convert functional needs into detailed designs and documentation for IT teams.
• Develop and maintain platforms: configure and enhance ServiceNow and PowerApps to streamline workflows and service delivery.
• Support other IT platforms: assist with service management tools such as TopDesk and BizzDesign, and help analyze and resolve incidents to drive improvements.
