Do you want to shape the digital backbone of a complex commercial value chain? As an IT value stream architect for lead to cash at Tata Steel Netherlands, you operate at the intersection of business and technology, enabling seamless end-to-end customer journeys, from the first interaction through to invoicing and payment. You are responsible for defining, safeguarding, and evolving the end-to-end architecture across the Lead to Cash value stream. This includes key processes such as lead generation, pricing, order management, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash collection. You operate in a landscape where reliability, scalability, and security are essential to ensure continuity and success of critical business processes.

- Architecture vision & roadmap ownership – You define and maintain the architecture vision, principles, and roadmap for the Lead to Cash value stream, ensuring full alignment with business strategy and long-term digital direction.
- End-to-end solution design – You design robust and scalable architectures across core applications such as CRM, E-commerce platforms, SAP Order-to-Cash, pricing engines, invoicing solutions, and EDI integrations.
- Governance & architectural integrity – You act as the architectural authority, safeguarding consistency, quality, and compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and IT governance frameworks.
- Stakeholder collaboration – You work closely with Value Stream Owners, Product Owners, DevOps teams, and external partners to translate business needs into feasible and future-proof solutions.
- Agile delivery enablement – You support Agile and DevOps teams by providing clear architectural guidance, enabling fast, safe, and high-quality delivery of changes.
- Continuous architecture improvement – You actively evolve the architecture landscape, balancing strategic long-term vision with practical short-term delivery needs, ensuring continuous optimization of the IT landscape.
