Do you want to play a key role in one of the largest digital transformations at Tata Steel Netherlands? As senior IT programme manager, you will lead the IT scope of Programme Reforge, a strategic initiative transforming our SAP ECC landscape into a future-ready SAP S/4HANA Digital Core.
You operate at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring that complex transformation streams across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Maintenance and Manufacturing come together into one integrated programme. You work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams and external implementation partners, while safeguarding direction, progress and value delivery.

- IT programme leadership: Accountable for the technology delivery of the Reforge digital transformation, including IT architecture, application landscape, data, and integration scope, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy, budget, timeline, risks, and business value.
- IT strategy execution and roadmap delivery: Translate enterprise IT and digital strategy into a structured, executable roadmap covering SAP S/4HANA, surrounding systems, integrations, and data migration, ensuring coherence across all IT domains and delivery streams.
- IT governance and architecture alignment: Establish and maintain strong governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, technology standards, and security requirements, while enabling effective decision-making at executive and Board level.
- Risk and dependency management: Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and uncertainties, developing scenarios and enabling timely steering interventions to safeguard programme outcomes.
- Stakeholder management and delivery excellence: Drive strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, building alignment, ownership, and consistent delivery across the programme.
- S/4 HANA technology vision: Define and align the technology vision and objectives in close collaboration with the Reforge business leaders
- Technical governance: Establish technical governance frameworks and actively manage technical risks.
- Delivery assurance: Monitor IT delivery progress and ensure Reforge solutions meet defined business requirements and quality standards.
- Stakeholder engagement: Engage with key stakeholders on strategic and operational IT topics, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
