The Plan to Fulfil value stream covers the end-to-end planning, manufacturing, fulfilment and operational execution processes that are critical to Tata Steel's success. • Analyse complex business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements and IT solutions.
• Work closely with Dutch-speaking stakeholders to understand operational challenges, priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Act as the connecting link between business, IT, architecture, functional management and delivery teams.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA-related improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing domain.
• Support application lifecycle activities, including changes, releases, integrations and continuous improvements.
• Share your knowledge and coach colleagues in business processes, applications and stakeholder management.
