At Concept Engineering, you work on distilling technical challenges to their essence. You participate in discussions with users to understand their needs and help define the project scope from the beginning. You take ownership of your own technical discipline within projects, ensuring that your expertise is applied from the earliest phases to create sound and innovative solutions.
Within your field, you play a central role in analyzing problems and developing appropriate technical responses. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who have extensive networks and specialized knowledge. By collaborating with them and contributing your technical insights, you'll help translate ideas into well-founded business cases and develop your understanding of conceptual engineering.

- You'll analyze project requirements to understand the technical challenges and contribute to determining whether current solutions are appropriate or if alternatives should be explored.
- You'll focus on your own technical discipline, applying your expertise to develop fit-for-purpose solutions and acting as a key specialist within multidisciplinary project teams.
- You'll develop fundamental engineering documentation, such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat & Material Balances (HMBs), and layout plans for your assigned work packages.
- You'll perform technical calculations and simulations in specialized software like Aspen/Hysys and FluidFlow to evaluate technical feasibility and support decision-making processes.
- You'll collaborate with experts from various disciplines within the organization, participating in cross-functional discussions to ensure technical alignment and feasibility of proposed solutions.
